Rob leads the web development team at Granite Digital and has over 20 years experience in software development, SEO & managerial roles. He specialises in delivering large-scale information technology projects into the public and private sectors.

Following Granite Digital’s linkup with leading software development company Digital Crew in 2011, he has focused on providing strategic review and a product development path for our clients primarily focused at the Health, Education, SME and E-Commerce sectors.

His approach is centred around a hands on implementation of our company processes across software development, project management, product management, support, training and business development.

Andrew Lynch

Andy brings over two decades of web development experience to his role as head of the technical team at Granite. Prior to joining the Granite team, he spent 17 years operating his own successful digital agency, developing skills in technical development, business management and strategic planning. As a senior architect at Granite, Andy leverages his knowledge and experience to try to stay ahead of the curve and identify innovative solutions for clients.

Recently, Andy graduated from the University of Limerick’s Masters Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, further enhancing his technical knowledge. He is passionate about applying this knowledge to real-world problems, and is always looking for opportunities to leverage the latest advancements in AI, ML and tech in general to build solutions that drive results for clients.
